RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

Please notify us of your wish to cancel within this time period via the contact form on our website or the email address supplied in our Terms and Conditions of Sale. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods.

If your order consists of multiple items delivered in separate batches, the 14 day period runs from when you receive the last batch.

This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.

Digital Content

If you decide to download the digital content before the end of the 14 day cancellation period then you will lose this cancellation right. When we deliver you the link to download your content, by clicking on that link you are giving up these cancellation rights.

Physical Goods

You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the product in accordance with our refunds policy set out below.

You do not have the right to cancel if the product is a CD or DVD where you’ve broken the seal on the wrapping.

Please return the product to us immediately in the same condition you received it (at your own cost and risk). You have a legal obligation to take care of the product while it is in your possession. Please see ‘How to send an item back to us’.

RETURN A FAULTY ITEM

We hope that you’ll be happy with any item you purchase from us, but if you’re unsatisfied for any reason once it arrives, you have 30 days to return your item in exchange for a full refund. 

This means that – whether you’re based in the UK, EU, USA or anywhere else in the world – your item must be returned to us within 30 days after your order has been delivered or is available for collection

Digital Downloads

If digital content that you download is defective or faulty, please let us know as soon as possible (by contacting us using the contact form on our website or email address supplied in our Terms and Conditions of Sale. If we find that the digital content is indeed defective, we will first attempt to repair or replace the relevant product at our cost within a reasonable timeframe if it is reasonably possible to do so. If a repair or replacement is not possible we will refund you for either the full or partial cost of the product as appropriate. If we agree to a refund, we will refund the sum agreed within 14 days of confirming to you that you are entitled to a refund.

How to send an item back to us

Please package your item carefully and include a note inside with the following:

  • The reason for return

  • Your order number. You can find this in your order confirmation and shipping emails. The name, address and telephone number of whoever purchased the item.

The item remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, so we strongly advise that you use a tracked or recorded service, or any other proof of postage.

REFUNDS

If you cancel your purchase within the 14-day cooling-off period detailed above, after receiving the returned goods or you providing evidence of having sent back the goods (e.g. proof of postage), whichever is the sooner, we will within 14 days, refund you the cost of the goods and the standard delivery cost you paid to have it sent to you.

Where your order consists of both physical goods and digital content and we have begun the process of delivering your digital content order or you have already accessed your digital content, we will process a partial refund proportionate to the relevant physical part of the order.

Goods returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and your postage costs incurred in returning the item.

We will always make any refund using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase unless you expressly agree otherwise.

In the event that we have to cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will notify you of our need to cancel your order and supply you with a refund as soon as possible.

Digital Downloads

Each download item can be accessed after payment has been authorised by following the instructions given via email. To download the files, use the links supplied in the email. Keep in mind that links expire after 24 hours. If you try to access them afterwards, a new email will be sent to you. Audio tracks are provided in the form of one or more .zip files.

Physical Goods

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the shipping information or if no date is specified, then within 30 days of shipping confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Delivery partners may take longer than usual to deliver due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We appreciate your patience as we do our best to deliver your order in time.

What are your delivery times?

We will send you an email when your order has been dispatched. Here is a rough guide for how long it should take for you to receive your order from this date.

Standard delivery:

  • UK: Approximately 3-7 working days – due to the current global pandemic, orders can take up to 10 days to arrive.

  • Europe: Approximately 5–10 working days – due to the current global pandemic, orders can take up to 20 working days to arrive.

  • USA / Canada: Approximately 7–14 working days – due to the current global pandemic, orders can take up to 20 working days to arrive.

  • Rest of the World: Approximately 7–14 working days (depending on location) – due to the current global pandemic, orders can take up to 20 working days to arrive.

Please note that this is a guide only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee. Once your order arrives in your country, it is passed to your postal service, who will deliver it to you in keeping with their standard working practices. As standard delivery is by Royal Mail, there is no tracking information available on packages.

Standard delivery times can vary depending on destination. In some cases delivery times may exceed those quoted especially where delivery addresses are outside urban centres. Please allow 20 working days from receipt of your Order Despatch Notification email before contacting us.

Customs & Import Charges

All import and export costs are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over the length of time your order will be held at customs for clearance and suggest that you contact them directly for further information. We mark all packages for overseas delivery with contents and order value marked accordingly.
